{"id":7372,"date":"2018-05-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/the-president-of-the-spanish-government-visits-the-south-ring-road-of-albacete-being-built-by-ferrovial-agroman\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:16:05","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:16:05","slug":"the-president-of-the-spanish-government-visits-the-south-ring-road-of-albacete-being-built-by-ferrovial-agroman","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/en\/news\/the-president-of-the-spanish-government-visits-the-south-ring-road-of-albacete-being-built-by-ferrovial-agroman\/","title":{"rendered":"The President of the Spanish Government visits the South Ring Road of Albacete, being built by Ferrovial Agroman"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>On April 19th, the President of the Spanish Government visited the\u00a0South\u00a0ring\u00a0road of <strong>Albacete<\/strong>, which is being\u00a0constructed\u00a0by<a title=\"About Ferrovial Agroman - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/en\/business-lines\/construction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">\u00a0Ferrovial Agroman<\/a>\u00a0together\u00a0with <a title=\"CHM\" href=\"https:\/\/chm.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CHM Obras e Infraestructuras\u00a0<\/a>under the legal\u00a0structure of a\u00a0<strong>UTE<\/strong> (temporary consortium). The\u00a0road\u00a0project is being built\u00a0for the State Company of Land Transport Infrastructure (SEITT) for more than <strong>47 million Euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The ring road\u00a0is a new\u00a0highway\u00a0that is more than <strong>10\u00a0kilometres\u00a0long<\/strong>.\u00a0It\u00a0has\u00a0three\u00a0junctions, one of which will\u00a0connect with the N-322 towards Bail\u00e9n,\u00a0another\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0access road\u00a0CM-3203 south\u00a0of\u00a0the city, and the\u00a0last will join the\u00a0A-30 toward Madrid and Murcia.\u00a0Completion is scheduled\u00a0for\u00a02020\u00a0and is part of the A-32, which will replace about 100\u00a0kilometres\u00a0of\u00a0National\u00a0Highway\u00a0N-322.<\/p>\n<p>The project will include 16 structures, 32 drainage works, signalling, beaconing, safety barriers and restoration of affected services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mariano Rajoy<\/strong> was accompanied by\u00a0the\u00a0Administration\u00a0Minister of\u00a0Public Works, <strong>\u00cd\u00f1igo de la Serna<\/strong>;\u00a0\u00a0Defense\u00a0Minister, <strong>Mar\u00eda Dolores Cospedal<\/strong>; the Mayor of Albacete, <strong>Manuel Serrano<\/strong>; the General Director of Highways, <strong>Jorge Urrecho<\/strong>;\u00a0Head\u202fof\u00a0the\u00a0State Roads Delegation\u202fof Castilla-La Mancha, <strong>Javier Gonz\u00e1lez Cabezas<\/strong>; and the\u00a0Construction Site Director, <strong>Santiago Garc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of Ferrovial Agroman, the visit was attended by <strong>Juan Lozano<\/strong>, Director of Civil Works, and the Manager of the UTE, <strong>\u00c1ngel Mir\u00f3n<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
