Ferrovial Services<\/a> has launched\u00a0a\u00a0Young Talent Programme<\/a>\u00a0targeting\u00a0final-year Bachelor\u2019s\u00a0and Master\u2019s Degree students\u00a0in technical fields. The company is looking for candidates to cover five\u00a0one-year\u00a0internships\u00a0in the\u00a0Tender\u00a0Management Department<\/strong>, where they will be responsible for providing support\u00a0for\u00a0the Facility Management, Auxiliary Services, Environmental Treatment and Management, Track Cleaning and Road Conservation,\u00a0and Gardening Departments.<\/p>\n

Over the course of the programme the interns will encounter\u00a0ad\u00a0hoc onboardings, training schedules, breakfasts with management and\u00a0the possibility of participating in a variety of voluntary activities and corporate innovation\u00a0competitions while receiving\u00a0continual\u00a0feedback\u00a0directly\u00a0from their\u00a0instructors, all of which,\u00a0when combined,\u00a0offers\u00a0the\u00a0ideal platform for full professional development in an Ibex 35 company with a\u00a0pioneering history\u00a0in the infrastructures sector.<\/p>\n

The ideal\u00a0candidate<\/a>\u00a0will\u00a0possess\u00a0both\u00a0a high level of English and\u00a0a digital profile\u00a0while being innovative, flexible and highly\u00a0committed to the job at hand. The Assessment Centre will take place over the first two weeks in June at Ferrovial Services’ central offices in Madrid.<\/p>\n
