The award was presented to Alexandra Frysinger, head of Public Relations and Marketing for NTE.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Earley, the event\u2019s presenter, noted the <strong>importance of cities\u2019 infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                It\u2019s possible that our winner\u2019s achievements will go unnoticed. And that happens because they\u2019ve led the remodeling project for the airport highway. As you all know, it was a complex task of great magnitude. But I think we can all agree that the result was spectacular. Improvements to the highways have made HEB a better place to live, and it is putting the district in a better position to attract and retain businesses.            <\/blockquote>\n\n            <footer class=\"block-quote__footer\">\n                                    <p class=\"block-quote__author\" aria-label=\"\">\n                        <span class=\"block-quote__author-name\">Robert Earley<\/span>\n                    <\/p>\n                            <\/footer>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>He also mentioned improvements made through the North Tarrant Express on a stretch of the <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/en\/news\/a-new-section-of-the-north-tarrant-express-highway-is-inaugurated-before-the-scheduled-date\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I-35W<\/a> highway.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                Roadway projects are just a part of the story because, in terms of services for the community, NTE isn\u2019t pulling back. They\u2019ve made significant contributions, including to the Food Bank in the Tarrant area, the March for Babies (a race benefiting the health of mothers and children) and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) programs in the HEB and Birdville school districts. Last year, its employees also dedicated two days to volunteering with Meals on Wheels.            <\/blockquote>\n\n            <footer class=\"block-quote__footer\">\n                                    <p class=\"block-quote__author\" aria-label=\"\">\n                        <span class=\"block-quote__author-name\">Robert Earley<\/span>\n                    <\/p>\n NTE\u2019s service to the community.<\/p>\n<p>Earley thanked <strong>the significant efforts helping and supporting the community\u2019s growth<\/strong>\u00a0when he announced that NTE would receive
