It is a <strong>two-story building<\/strong> with a <strong>single-story <\/strong>part dedicated to high storage and a two-story part to low storage. The new Lidl Distribution Center comprises a rectangular hall that connects to the reception and shipment building as well as the workshop building. The two-story section of the facility occupies an area of approx. <strong>28,000 m2 <\/strong>and <strong>the <\/strong>single-story section that is designed for high storage covers approx.<strong> 30,000 m2<\/strong>. Total usable floor space in the facility is approx. <strong>58,000 m2<\/strong>. Administrative and social spaces are located on the first floor in the north-eastern part of the building. The assessment is based on five main criteria, including the <strong>efficiency of water management<\/strong>, <strong>use of energy,<\/strong> and the<strong> quality of the internal environment<\/strong>. <strong>Innovation in design<\/strong> is an additional criterion. The level of certification is based on the total number of points awarded to a facility.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
