The reported net income for the<strong> first quarter of 2019 was $95.4 million<\/strong>, compared with $96.9 million for the same period in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors announced an eligible dividend of <strong>$0.323 per common share<\/strong>, to be redeemed on or around 11 April 2019 to shareholders on record as of 11 April 2019.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.407etr.com\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">407 International Inc<\/a>. is also pleased to confirm that Jose Tamariz, <strong>Head of Europe and New Markets and Ass Management Director<\/strong>, Cintra Global, has been appointed to the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Nicolas Rubio, with this transition having taken effect on 1 February
