Midland\/Odessa\/$54,400<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&lt;li&#8221;&gt;Caritas of Waco\/$54,400<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the &#8220;Ferrovial Together COVID-19&#8221; has contributed $162,000 to the
