Accordingly, the 2000 dividend is 40% higher than in 1999.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors resolved to convene the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting on 30 March 2001 at 12.30 hours (first call) and on 31 March 2001 at the same time (second call).
