height=\"86\" \/>Annual Shareholders\u00b4 Meeting scheduled for 22 March 2002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors of Grupo Ferrovial has declared a gross 2001 dividend of 0.41 euros per share, a 46% increase over the 0.28 euros per share distributed in 2000.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, deducting the 0.18 euros per share paid on 30 November 2001, Ferrovial will pay an additional 0.23 euros per share.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors also resolved to hold the Annual Shareholders\u00b4 Meeting on 22 March 2002, at 12.30 in the Auditorium at Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I in Madrid.<\/p>\n
