The Grupo Ferrovial quotation has not yet reflected its value and the measure is adopted to the benefit of all its shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum number of shares to be purchased will not exceed 5% of Grupo Ferrovials share capital (to a maximum of 7,106,607 shares), including the treasury stock it already owns, which represents 1.31% (1,867,404 shares).<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
