The parties are working towards satisfaction of such condition by exploring different options to satisfy the same.<\/p>\n<p>Completion of the transaction continues to be subject to the satisfaction of the tag-along condition, together with applicable regulatory conditions and, consequently, there can be no certainty that the Transaction will complete.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>This press release contains
