The period for subscribing to this Offering ends on 27 November next.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More advantages for shareholders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The distribution of an interim dividend is one of the added values to which the Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n shareholders who swap their shares for Grupo Ferrovial shares will opt. The Offering is aimed at 6.68% of the capital of Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n and the swap equation is of 5 new Grupo Ferrovial shares for every 12 Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n shares.<\/p>\n<p>The Offering enables the shareholders of Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n, which solely engages in businesses related to the construction sector, to replace their investment with an investment in Grupo Ferrovial, a group with a strong franchise in other areas of business: infrastructure concessions, real estate development, services and telecommunications.<\/p>\n<p>Investing in the groups controlling company thus implies having a share in the profits of all the business conducted by Grupo Ferrovial, and not only in those related to construction, centralized at Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n. The Grupo Ferrovial shares which trade on the Ibex 35- have greater trading capacity in the stock market, thus boosting the liquidity of the shareholders investment.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
