container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>In connection with the writ of conclusion of the investigation phase and commencement of the expedited proceeding issued by the Barcelona Magistrate&#8217;s Court no. 30, Ferrovial Agroman wishes to state the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ferrovial Agroman trusts in the justice system and is keenly interested in having the facts of the matter clarified definitively as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ferrovial Agroman has never entered into an agreement with any person or entity with the aim of altering the normal course of public procurement processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ferrovial Agroman&#8217;s sponsorship of the Palau de la M\u00fasica was always done openly, all the planned cultural events were held, and the company obtained the publicity and advantages in terms of public image that this type of agreement pursues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Each and every one of the projects adjudicated to Ferrovial Agroman during the CDC&#8217;s mandate, which are cited in the judge&#8217;s writ, obtained the best overall score and were also ranked as most favourable in economic terms in the corresponding procurement processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n
