He was previously Corporate Director of HR and Corporate Development. Carlos has a degree in Philosophy from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources Management from CEU, and an Executive MBA from IE Business School.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Ferrovial Services, he held positions of responsibility in the human resources consulting field at IBM and PwC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am convinced that Carlos Cerezo will bring to this appointment the rigor and commitment he has shown throughout his career at Ferrovial, and I am sure he will be able to count on our full support in his new position,\u201d said Ignacio Madridejos, CEO of Ferrovial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like to thank Mar\u00eda Dionis for her contribution to talent management during her 14 years with the company, and I wish her every success in her
