Cada licitador ten\u00eda restringido el m\u00e1ximo que pod\u00eda ganar a un lote \u00fanicamente. La <strong>UTE participada por Ferrovial fue la que obtuvo la m\u00e1xima puntuaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y global en todos los lotes licitados<\/strong>. Pese a tener la m\u00e1xima puntuaci\u00f3n, ha ganado un tercio del contrato debido a los requerimientos establecidos.<\/p>\n<p>Las labores adjudicadas a la UTE coformada por Ferrovial se desarrollar\u00e1n durante tres a\u00f1os en los distritos de Centro, Arganzuela, Retiro, Salamanca, Chamart\u00edn Tetu\u00e1n, Chamber\u00ed,\u00a0Fuencarral-El Pardo (parcial) y Moncloa-Aravaca (parcial).<\/p>\n<p>Los otros dos lotes han sido ganados por otros dos consorcios que corresponden a: la <strong>UTE Etralux-Urbalux<\/strong> para los distritos Fuencarral-El Pardo (parcial), Moncloa-Aravaca (parcial), Latina, Carabanchel, Usera y Villaverde, y el<strong> consorcio Aceinsa Movilidad-Citelum Italia<\/strong> para Puente de Vallecas, Moratalaz, Ciudad Lineal, Hortaleza, Villa de Vallecas, Vic\u00e1lvaro, San Blas-Canillejas y Barajas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Condiciones de la licitaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madrid.es\/portal\/site\/munimadrid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>Ayuntamiento de Madrid<\/strong><\/a> exigir\u00e1 un componente muy t\u00e9cnico de gesti\u00f3n del servicio, con indicadores de calidad y con innovaciones en el control del alumbrado entre las labores de mantenimiento. Se prestar\u00e1n los\u00a0servicios de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, realizaci\u00f3n de obras nuevas y de mejora de las instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer lote, dentro del <strong>compromiso de reducci\u00f3n de consumo energ\u00e9tico<\/strong>, se deber\u00e1\u00a0reemplazar luminarias obsoletas por 5.668 luminarias LED y 250 c\u00e9lulas fotoel\u00e9ctricas para su incorporaci\u00f3n al sistema de control. Asimismo, se\u00a0mejorar\u00e1 la iluminaci\u00f3n y la est\u00e9tica de puntos singulares de Madrid,\u00a0mediante sistemas de control punto a punto y luminarias LED en Plaza de Cibeles, Plaza Mayor y Plaza de la Independencia. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 previsto <strong>renovar completamente el alumbrado ornamental<\/strong> usando luminarias LED RGB de los monumentos como el viaducto de la calle Segovia, la Puerta de Alcal\u00e1 y Plaza de Col\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
