Por ello, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha hecho especial hincapi\u00e9 en la estrategia corporativa global de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/sostenibilidad\/seguridad-salud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Seguridad, Salud y Bienestar<\/a>.\u00a0Este plan, a trav\u00e9s del programa HASAVI, centrado en la salud f\u00edsica, mental, social y financiera de nuestros profesionales, se ha alzado con el \u00ab<strong>Premio de Salud y Bienestar\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0del medio <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rrhhdigital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">RRHH Digital<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La gala de entrega de la octava edici\u00f3n de estos premios se celebr\u00f3 el pasado 15 de diciembre en Madrid.\u00a0<strong>Bel\u00e9n Viscasillas<\/strong>, responsable de Salud y Bienestar de Ferrovial, fue la encargada de recibir este premio. En sus palabras de agradecimiento, Bel\u00e9n coment\u00f3 que:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00abLlevamos bastante tiempo trabajando muy duro, pero en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s todav\u00eda, y nos confirma que estamos siguiendo la ruta correcta y nos anima a continuar haciendo lo que mejor se nos da: mejorar la vida de nuestros empleados\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Seur, Adecco o Inditex entre los ganadores<\/h2>\n<p>El segundo puesto fue para la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00a0<strong>Seur<\/strong>\u00a0y el tercero, para\u00a0<strong>atSistemas<\/strong>. El jurado, compuesto por una decena de directores de RRHH de grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas, destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n los proyectos de\u00a0<strong>Adecco<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Generali<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>Cruz Roja<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, Bego\u00f1a L\u00f3pez-Cano, directora general de Personas de\u00a0<strong>Inditex<\/strong>, fue reconocida con el galard\u00f3n a \u00abMejor Gestor S&amp;B del
