Gracias a la implicaci\u00f3n de sus voluntarios, quienes imparten las sesiones compartiendo con los j\u00f3venes su experiencia profesional, los estudiantes trabajan competencias tan importantes para su futuro como la adaptabilidad, la tolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n, la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas o la toma de decisiones. Tambi\u00e9n abordan competencias relevantes para su edad como la capacidad de interpretar informaci\u00f3n en internet identificando las denominadas fake news.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Objetivo y resultados del programa Orienta-T<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de Orienta-T es que los j\u00f3venes reflexionen sobre su futuro profesional, conozcan las salidas laborales que ofrecen las STEM, as\u00ed como la importante labor que desarrollan las mujeres en estas \u00e1reas, y sean capaces de romper con los estereotipos de g\u00e9nero que existen en torno a estas carreras. As\u00ed se recoge en el Estudio de impacto realizado por la <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionjaes.org\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n Junior Achievement<\/a> en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad de Murcia, en el que se muestra c\u00f3mo tras participar en este programa educativo <strong>se reduce en un 82% la consideraci\u00f3n de que a los chicos se les dan mejor las matem\u00e1ticas que a las chicas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s de 43.800 estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n secundaria, Bachillerato y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional se han formado en este programa educativo<\/strong> desde su puesta en marcha en 2016. A trav\u00e9s de 16 p\u00edldoras y una bater\u00eda de 69 v\u00eddeos motivacionales de profesionales STEM, los j\u00f3venes analizan sus intereses y habilidades, descubren las diferentes salidas profesionales que ofrecen estas carreras, y reflexionan sobre aquellas \u00e1reas en las que les gustar\u00eda trabajar en un futuro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Empresas participantes en el programa\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El programa Orienta-T, que cuenta con el patrocinio de HP Inc, Pfizer, Endesa y Ferrovial, y la colaboraci\u00f3n de ABB, Sacyr, Avanade y AT&amp;T, se desarrollar\u00e1 durante el presente curso escolar en toda Espa\u00f1a en su formato presencial y online, adapt\u00e1ndose as\u00ed a las necesidades de los docentes. <strong>Se espera que m\u00e1s de 13.500 participen en esta edici\u00f3n gracias a la implicaci\u00f3n y compromiso de m\u00e1s de 100 voluntarios. <\/strong><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
