En esta edici\u00f3n ha sido <strong>Ana M\u00e9ndez, Silvertown Tunnel Senior Engineer de Cintra<\/strong>, quien ha resultado ganadora en la categor\u00eda de <strong>Tunnelling &amp; Underground<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/ferrovial-participa-premios-european-women-in-construction-engineering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">candidaturas de Ferrovial<\/a> consiguieron situar a <strong>22 finalistas en \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b15 categor\u00edas diferentes<\/strong> en esta edici\u00f3n de los premios WICE. Estos reconocimientos pretenden crear modelos a seguir para las mujeres que est\u00e9n considerando una carrera en estos sectores y animar a las empresas a emplear y capacitar a m\u00e1s mujeres en estas industrias a la vez que fomentar que los sectores de ingenier\u00eda y construcci\u00f3n sean m\u00e1s atractivos para las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el a\u00f1o 2016, Ferrovial ha participado con profesionales de todo el grupo empresarial: Ferrovial, Ferrovial Construcci\u00f3n, Cadagua, Budimex y Webber.
