La conferencia, que ha tenido lugar entre el 26 y el 28 de junio en el Palacio de Congresos Montjuic, en Barcelona, es el encuentro dedicado a la gesti\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de aeropuertos con mayor repercusi\u00f3n global.<\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda, que ya hab\u00eda participado en numerosas ediciones anteriores, ha formado parte este a\u00f1o de los <strong>patrocinadores<\/strong> del evento, que ha recibido a m\u00e1s de 700 representantes de aeropuertos de todo el mundo. Gestores, reguladores y analistas de \u00e1mbito internacional han ofrecido proyecciones de la industria y debatido acerca de los principales retos que enfrenta tras la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Aeropuertos ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n del director de gesti\u00f3n de activos, Miguel Rodera, en el panel \u201cInvertir en aeropuertos: el nuevo paradigma\u201d, que abord\u00f3 las necesidades futuras del sector y la atracci\u00f3n de capital. La <strong>descarbonizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, las nuevas regiones en crecimiento, el impacto de la inflaci\u00f3n, y la experiencia del pasajero fueron algunas de las tendencias m\u00e1s mencionadas en el debate.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cCuando valoramos oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n en regiones nuevas, debemos ampliar nuestra mirada y analizar cada caso de forma individual, encontrando el equilibrio entre la estabilidad del pa\u00eds, un sistema jur\u00eddico transparente, y oportunidades donde podamos maximizar las mejoras operativas que aportamos, aumentando el valor y el impacto en la comunidad\u201d<\/em>, dijo Miguel Rodera.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda tiene m\u00e1s de<strong> 25 a\u00f1os<\/strong> de experiencia en la inversi\u00f3n, desarrollo y operaci\u00f3n de 36 aeropuertos en todo el mundo, incluyendo Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Australia y Chile. En 2022, Ferrovial se convirti\u00f3 en el principal inversor del consorcio para el proyecto de transformaci\u00f3n de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/notas_prensa\/ferrovial-acuerdo-jfk\/\">Nueva Terminal Uno (NTO)<\/a><\/strong> del Aeropuerto Internacional John F. Kennedy. Una vez finalizada su construcci\u00f3n en 2030, la NTO ser\u00e1 la mayor terminal internacional del aeropuerto y una de las principales puertas de entrada y salida de Nueva York.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial cuenta adem\u00e1s con cuatro aeropuertos en Reino Unido. Con una participaci\u00f3n del 25%, es el principal accionista y socio del aeropuerto de Heathrow, y posee el 50% de los aeropuertos de Glasgow, Aberdeen y Southampton. Tambi\u00e9n es el socio mayoritario del Aeropuerto Internacional de Dalaman, en Turqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
