Los participantes en la adjudicaci\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o fueron evaluados en base de la innovaci\u00f3n en adquisiciones, financiamiento y entrega, cumplimiento con los hitos del proyecto, un demostrado beneficio econ\u00f3mico para el p\u00fablico, un aumento en la calidad y\/o eficiencia en comparaci\u00f3n con un modelo de adquisici\u00f3n tradicional y ahorro\/relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                Estamos encantados de que North Tarrant Express haya sido seleccionado como el proyecto P3 del a\u00f1o de ARTBA. El proyecto comenz\u00f3 en 2010 y fue finalizado nueve meses antes de lo previsto. Lleva diariamente hasta 200,000 autom\u00f3viles a lo largo del corredor.<\/p>\n<p>La autopista utiliza el concepto de <a title=\"Sobre Managed Lanes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cintra.es\/es\/innovacion\/operacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Managed Lanes<\/a>, un peaje variable que adapta su precio en funci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico, garantizando a sus usuarios una velocidad m\u00ednima y una reducci\u00f3n de los tiempos de viaje.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div
