Despu\u00e9s debe ser modificado el Real Decreto 221\/2008 y cada organizaci\u00f3n e instituci\u00f3n debe elegir a las personas que le van a representar en el Consejo.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00f3rgano ser\u00e1 presidido por el ministro de Trabajo e Inmigraci\u00f3n y estar\u00e1 compuesto por 12 vocales de las organizaciones empresariales, 12 de los sindicatos m\u00e1s representativos, 12 en representaci\u00f3n de otras organizaciones del \u00e1mbito de la RSE y otros 12 vocales en representaci\u00f3n de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas. De estos \u00faltimos,\u00a0ocho ser\u00e1n de la Administraci\u00f3n General del Estado, uno de la asociaci\u00f3n de entidades locales m\u00e1s representativa de \u00e1mbito estatal y tres
