{"id":2297,"date":"2010-05-17T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-05-17T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/en-desarrollo-una-biomembrana-capaz-de-regular-las-condiciones-climaticas-de-los-edificios\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T10:35:46","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T09:35:46","slug":"en-desarrollo-una-biomembrana-capaz-de-regular-las-condiciones-climaticas-de-los-edificios","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/en-desarrollo-una-biomembrana-capaz-de-regular-las-condiciones-climaticas-de-los-edificios\/","title":{"rendered":"En desarrollo una biomembrana capaz de regular las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas de los edificios."},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>El departamento de bioingenier\u00eda y arquitectura de la universidad de Berkeley, ha desarrollado una delgada biomembrana, capaz de sustituir los actuales sistemas de control clim\u00e1tico en los edificios.<\/p>\n<p>La membrana act\u00faa del mismo modo que lo hace la piel humana, pero en \u00e9ste caso sobre los edificios, y sus propiedades materiales permiten una regulaci\u00f3n sin elementos electr\u00f3nicos o mec\u00e1nicos, un equilibrio entre la concentraci\u00f3n de humedad, calor y luz que incide sobre la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema prototipo de Cubierta para Edificios Auto-Regulada (SABER, seg\u00fan sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), reacciona ante los cambios atmosf\u00e9ricos con la activaci\u00f3n de unas micro aberturas en la membrana. La bioestructura est\u00e1 compuesta por dos filas de c\u00e9lulas que reaccionan ante la radiaci\u00f3n solar exterior y la humedad desde el interior del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>La primera fila de c\u00e9lulas, embebidas en la matriz con unos hidrogeles foto-activados, se contraen al incidir la luz sobre ellas y permiten la apertura de unos micro conductos que facilitan el flujo de aire dentro de la construcci\u00f3n cuando la luz recibida es mayor.<\/p>\n<p> Por otra parte, la segunda fila de c\u00e9lulas posee un pol\u00edmero hidroreactivo que se expande cuando aumenta la humedad ambiental, y abre unas microv\u00e1lvulas que permiten la entrada de aire, con el mismo mecanismo que los estomas en las hojas de las plantas.<\/p>\n<p>La energ\u00eda utilizada para la climatizaci\u00f3n en los edificios es responsable de aproximadamente un tercio del consumo en edificaci\u00f3n.
