Este evento, celebrado anualmente, tuvo lugar en la recepci\u00f3n inaugural del congreso que organizan conjuntamente ACI y su divisi\u00f3n europea. La reuni\u00f3n de 2013 se celebr\u00f3 en Estambul, Turqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El premio, compartido con el Schiphol Airport de Amsterdam, destac\u00f3 los buenos <strong><a title=\"Sobre Ferrovial Servicios\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/ferrovial-servicios\/sobre-ferrovial-servicios\/\" target=\"_blank\">servicios<\/a><\/strong> y las excelentes instalaciones del aeropuerto londinense. El jurado tambi\u00e9n aplaudi\u00f3 el \u0093compromiso consistente con la <strong><a title=\"Responsabilidad corporativa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/nuestro-compromiso-ferrovial\/responsabilidad-corporativa\/\" target=\"_blank\">Responsabilidad Corporativa<\/a><\/strong>, tanto con pasajeros de movilidad reducida como con el <strong>medio ambiente<\/strong> y la <strong>c<\/strong><strong>omunidad local<\/strong>\u0094.<\/p>\n<p>Los premios analizan y reconocen el desempe\u00f1o de los aeropuertos europeos en \u00e1reas como el servicio al cliente, las instalaciones, los espacios comerciales, la seguridad, las relaciones con la comunidad, el respeto al medio ambiente o la excelencia operativa.<\/p>\n<p>El congreso cont\u00f3 con la presencia de 800 profesionales de la industria.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
