Se trata de una mezcla de fibra de yute, un \u00e1rbol muy abundante en Bangladesh, y pl\u00e1stico. Este material\u00a0ser\u00eda ligero, muy resistente y barato.<\/p>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de este nuevo material ser\u00eda fundamentalmente construir casas en\u00a0zonas costeras de pa\u00edses pobres, ya que ser\u00eda un producto barato y que resistir\u00eda muy bien condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas adversas como huracanes o tsunamis. El trabajo se centra ahora en comprobar que una casa hecha\u00a0de este\u00a0material es lo suficientemente fiable.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n la est\u00e1n llevando a cabo los\u00a0investigadores de la Universidad de\u00a0Alabama junto con la Universidad de Brac, en Bangladesh, que es un lugar en el que este material, una vez comprobada su fiabilidad, ser\u00eda de gran utilidad por sus
