{"id":2539,"date":"2008-05-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-05-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/nuevo-pacto-contra-el-cambio-climatico\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T11:03:01","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T10:03:01","slug":"nuevo-pacto-contra-el-cambio-climatico","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/nuevo-pacto-contra-el-cambio-climatico\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Pacto contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>El mundo podr\u00eda adquirir un nuevo y significativo pacto contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico a finales de 2009 si las conversaciones que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo se mantienen en la misma l\u00ednea, seg\u00fan anunci\u00f3 el director de la Comisi\u00f3n Intergubernamental de Naciones Unidas para el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico, Rajendra Pachauri.<\/p>\n<p>La ONU comenz\u00f3 las negociaciones en busca de un nuevo pacto en marzo, despu\u00e9s de que los distintos gobiernos acordaran el a\u00f1o pasado un cambio y sucesi\u00f3n del actual protocolo de Kioto. \u00abSi este momento sigue as\u00ed se conseguir\u00e1 un acuerdo\u00bb, concret\u00f3 Pachauri. S\u00f3lo 37 pa\u00edses est\u00e1n obligados a recortar sus emisiones de gas bajo Kioto. Estados Unidos, uno de los mayores contaminadores del mundo, se retir\u00f3 del protocolo en 2001 al considerar que el pacto estaba hiriendo la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, Pachauri, quien el a\u00f1o pasado comparti\u00f3 el Premio Nobel con Al Gore, coment\u00f3 que esta vez ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil para cualquier pa\u00eds permanecer fuera de un pacto contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico. \u00abEs una cuesti\u00f3n de prestigio nacional\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3. Las pr\u00f3ximas conversaciones tendr\u00e1n lugar en Alemania, en junio, donde el tema principal ser\u00e1 la financiaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda para mitigar el cambio
