Su red de operaciones a nivel nacional y local les permite monitorear y tratar miles de temas de negocios, que pueden afectar a los consumidores en un momento dado.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 1999, <strong>407 ETR <\/strong>ha colaborado con BBB en todos los conflictos surgidos entre la concesi\u00f3n y sus clientes. Para ayudar a subir su calificaci\u00f3n a A+, la 407 ETR ha tomado estas medidas<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha convertido las recomendaciones de BBB en una prioridad dentro del departamento de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos (Oficina del Presidente y Defensor del usuario).<\/li>\n<li>Se ha adherido a los plazos de BBB para dar respuesta a los conflictos (BBB: 10 d\u00edas naturales, 407ETR: 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles).<\/li>\n<li>Ha adoptado una pol\u00edtica de apertura y transparencia en las resoluciones ofrecidas a los clientes, junto con BBB.<\/li>\n<li>Se han abierto l\u00edneas de comunicaci\u00f3n entre el BBB y ETR 407.<\/li>\n<li>Ha desarrollado un proceso de resoluci\u00f3n de incidencias robusto y exhaustivo (legislativo y no legislativo).<\/li>\n<li>Posee un historial de desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de mejoras continuas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Autopista 407 ETR Canad\u00e1\"
