Los que se est\u00e1 estudiando prohibir son aviones que a pesar de estar dentro de los m\u00e1rgenes establecidos por la ley, est\u00e1n bordeando el l\u00edmite de la legalidad en materia de ruido.<\/p>\n<p>El director de Infraestructuras de AENA,\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Manuel Hesse,\u00a0puso esta medida como ejemplo en las primeras\u00a0Jornadas sobre Impacto A\u00e9reo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Afectados por el Tr\u00e1fico A\u00e9reo. Lo que AENA tiene que estudiar es el impacto de la medida en las\u00a0diferentes compa\u00f1\u00edas que utilizan este tipo de aviones.<\/p>\n<p>Hesse destac\u00f3 la importancia del di\u00e1logo y el trabajo conjunto con las asociaciones de afectados y afirm\u00f3 que una de las dificultades en la lucha contra el ruido es la ordenaci\u00f3n del territorio en Espa\u00f1a que permite urbanizar en terrenos pr\u00f3ximos al aeropuerto.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
