{"id":2747,"date":"2008-05-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-05-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/el-ecoedificio-lavola-gana-el-premio-greenbuilding-2008-reconocimiento-europero-por-su-eficiencia-energetica\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T11:03:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T10:03:00","slug":"el-ecoedificio-lavola-gana-el-premio-greenbuilding-2008-reconocimiento-europero-por-su-eficiencia-energetica","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/el-ecoedificio-lavola-gana-el-premio-greenbuilding-2008-reconocimiento-europero-por-su-eficiencia-energetica\/","title":{"rendered":"El Ecoedificio Lavola gana el Premio Greenbuilding 2008, reconocimiento europero por su eficiencia energ\u00e9tica"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>Se trata de la primera edici\u00f3n de unos premios patrocinados por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, cuyo acto de entrega tuvo lugar el Messe Frankfurt Congress Centre, en el marco de la Conferencia Internacional IEECB&#8217;08 &#8211; (Improving Energy Efficiency in Commercial Buildings), centrada en las mejoras en la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en edificios comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>El premio fue recogido -de manos de Paolo Bertoldi (director de los Programas GreenBuilding y GreenLight)- por Miquel Sitj\u00e0 y Pere Pous, arquitecto del ecoedificio y director general de lavola, respectivamente. Pous ha destacado que este galard\u00f3n significa un nuevo reconocimiento en la apuesta que ha hecho lavola al construir un edificio de oficinas eficiente en el uso de la energ\u00eda, el agua y los recursos naturales, en coherencia con los valores de la empresa y aplicando todo nuestro saber hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Precisamente, coincidiendo con este premio, lavola ha dado a conocer los datos de consumo de agua y de energ\u00eda del ecoedificio en el a\u00f1o 2007 los cuales, comparados con un edificio de oficinas estandard, demuestran unos importantes porcentajes de ahorro. El ecoedificio forma parte del programa GreenBuilding desde el a\u00f1o 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un programa europeo que proporciona asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico y reconocimiento p\u00fablico a entidades que est\u00e1n dispuestas a llevar a cabo medidas que repercutan en el ahorro energ\u00e9tico de sus edificios no residenciales. En Espa\u00f1a el programa GreenBuilding est\u00e1 gestionado por CREVER, de la Universidad Rovira y Virgili. Este no es el primer reconocimiento que recibe el ecoedificio, proyectado por el arquitecto Miquel Sitj\u00e0 y los ingenieros Alfons N\u00f2ria y Esteve Maneja, y representativo de los servicios de construcci\u00f3n eficiente de lavola.<\/p>\n<p>En 2004 recibi\u00f3 el Premio a la sostenibilidad para proyectos profesionales del Colegio de Ingenieros T\u00e9cnicos e Industriales de Barcelona; en 2006 obtuvo el Distintivo de garant\u00eda de calidad ambiental para edificios de oficinas que otorga el Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Vivienda de la Generalidad de Catalu\u00f1a, siendo en estos momentos el \u00fanico edificio de oficinas de Catalu\u00f1a que lo tiene; en 2007 recibi\u00f3 el premio UPONOR de arquitectura e ingenier\u00eda; y hace poco m\u00e1s de dos meses, el ecoedificio fue distinguido con el Premio Solar 2007 en la categor\u00eda de Proyectos de arquitectura solar realizados.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, ha sido reconocido por el proyecto internacional SARA (Sustainable Architecture Applied to Replicable Public Access Buildings) que lo reconoce como ecoedificio en base a sus caracter\u00edsticas ambientales.<\/p>\n<p>CONSTRUIBLE.ES<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
