El acto ha contado con la presencia del presidente de Plan Espa\u00f1a, Luis Rivera; y de ONGAWA, Miguel \u00c1ngel Pantoja; as\u00ed como del Director General de Recursos Humanos de Ferrovial, Jaime Aguirre, y del Director de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Responsabilidad Corporativa de Ferrovial, Juan Francisco Polo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa forma parte del programa &#8216;<a title=\"Infraestructuras Sociales\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/nuestro-compromiso-ferrovial\/responsabilidad-corporativa\/programas-sociales\/infraestructuras-sociales\/\" target=\"_blank\">Infraestructuras Sociales<\/a>&#8216;, que Ferrovial ha incluido en su nuevo plan de Responsabilidad Corporativa 20.13. Ferrovial aporta el conocimiento t\u00e9cnico mediante la participaci\u00f3n de sus voluntarios en terreno, as\u00ed como una financiaci\u00f3n de 200.000 euros para cada proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Francisco Polo, Director de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Responsabilidad Corporativa de Ferrovial, ha asegurado: &#8216;en el plan estrat\u00e9gico de Responsabilidad Corporativa 20.13 nos hemos enfocado en el desarrollo de infraestructuras sociales. Estamos satisfechos con la acogida de esta primera convocatoria a la que se han presentado un total de 29 proyectos, de los cuales 16 se situaban en Am\u00e9rica Latina y 13 en \u00c1frica. Estamos seguros del \u00e9xito que tendr\u00e1n ambos proyectos&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistemas de agua potable en Per\u00fa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Per\u00fa, Ferrovial desarrollar\u00e1 con Plan Espa\u00f1a un sistema de agua potable y saneamiento en cuatro comunidades del cant\u00f3n de Olmedo, en la regi\u00f3n de Cajamarca, una de las m\u00e1s pobres del pa\u00eds. Este proyecto, que cuenta con un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 24 meses, garantizar\u00e1 el acceso directo a los servicios de agua potable y saneamiento b\u00e1sico a 2.225 personas y a 26.000 de forma indirecta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Infraestructuras de saneamiento para Tanzania<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Tanzania, pa\u00eds en el que Ferrovial cuenta con experiencia en este tipo proyectos, la compa\u00f1\u00eda colaborar\u00e1 con ONGAWA, en la creaci\u00f3n de sistemas sostenibles de abastecimiento de agua en Kata de Maore, distrito de Same, al norte del pa\u00eds. El plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n es de 12 meses, los beneficiarios directos ascienden a 13.600 habitantes y los indirectos a 48.800 habitantes. El objetivo es reducir la mortalidad debida a enfermedades transmisibles o relacionadas con el agua, que suponen 5 de las 10 principales enfermedades en la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos proyectos contar\u00e1n con la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad, con el fin de que mejoren sus condiciones de higiene y salud y se fortalezcan las capacidades de los trabajadores de los gobiernos locales para garantizar la sostenibilidad de los servicios de agua y saneamiento.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
