{"id":28183,"date":"2018-10-11T11:35:58","date_gmt":"2018-10-11T09:35:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/?post_type=new&#038;p=28183"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:11:13","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:11:13","slug":"foresee-horizon-2020","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/foresee-horizon-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"FORESEE: Obtener herramientas m\u00e1s fiables para la gesti\u00f3n y monetizaci\u00f3n de riesgos durante la fase de oferta, dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>Se trata de un proyecto financiado dentro del programa marco de I+D+i <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/horizon2020\/en\/\">Horizonte 2020<\/a>, con la participaci\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n de Ferrocarriles y Transportes, as\u00ed como el departamento de I+D de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/construccion\/\">Ferrovial Agroman<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa busca crear una serie de herramientas fiables que permitan maximizar la resiliencia de las infraestructuras de transporte, teniendo en cuenta el aspecto econ\u00f3mico a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, y que permitan anticiparse, adaptarse y recuperarse ante efectos extremos de climatolog\u00eda y otras causas naturales y humanas, disminuyendo la magnitud y la duraci\u00f3n de las interrupciones de servicio de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto tendr\u00e1 <strong>una duraci\u00f3n de 42 meses<\/strong> que servir\u00e1n, no s\u00f3lo para la creaci\u00f3n de herramientas de toma de decisiones, sino tambi\u00e9n para su validaci\u00f3n en seis casos de estudio (proyectos piloto) de diferentes infraestructuras incluyendo autopistas, viaductos, l\u00edneas de ferrocarril, estaciones y l\u00edneas de metro y puentes urbanos expuestos a casos de terremotos, nieves extremas, inundaciones, colapso de tr\u00e1fico, accidentes y otros eventos extremos.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"image-section \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n        <figure class=\"image-section__figure\">\n            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.newsroom.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/15152722\/foto-plenaria.jpg\" title=\"foto-plenaria\" alt=\"Ferrovial Foresee project\" class=\"image-section__image\">\n                    <\/figure>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <h3>Expectativas<\/h3>\n<p>La naturaleza de este proyecto abarca toda la vida de la infraestructura, desde la toma de decisiones de inversi\u00f3n en infraestructuras, pasando por financiaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o, construcci\u00f3n operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, por lo que confiamos que se obtengan resultados interesantes para todos los negocios del Grupo Ferrovial.<\/p>\n<p>Para Ferrovial Agroman en concreto, los resultados esperados de inter\u00e9s son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtener herramientas m\u00e1s fiables para la gesti\u00f3n y monetizaci\u00f3n de riesgos durante la fase de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n<li>Mantenerse a la vanguardia en cuanto a nuevos materiales, metodolog\u00edas y sistemas de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de infraestructuras resilientes. En concreto: pavimentos asf\u00e1lticos permeables, sistemas de protecci\u00f3n y estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes, sistemas de drenaje sostenibles, dimensionamiento de enlaces.<\/li>\n<li>Nuevos criterios para la optimizaci\u00f3n de capas de pavimentos y su espesor, para uso de balasto o v\u00eda en placa, as\u00ed como otro tipo de toma de decisiones de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de infraestructuras relacionadas con su durabilidad y costes de ciclo de vida.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n del sector involucrando autoridades propietarias de infraestructuras como Infraestruturas De Portugal o asociaciones como European Union Road Federation, que forman parte del consorcio a cargo del proyecto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Consorcio Internacional<\/h3>\n<p>El consorcio que desarrollar\u00e1 el trabajo est\u00e1 formado por 18 miembros, incluyendo empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas y de software, constructoras, centros de investigaci\u00f3n, universidades, ingenier\u00edas, mantenedores y operadores de infraestructuras:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ferrovial Agroman Sa (Espa\u00f1a)<\/li>\n<li>European Union Road Federation (B\u00e9lgica)<\/li>\n<li>Infraestruturas De Portugal Sa (Portugal)<\/li>\n<li>Universidad De Cantabria (Espa\u00f1a)<\/li>\n<li>Fundacion Tecnalia Research &amp; Innovation (Espa\u00f1a)<\/li>\n<li>Autostrade Per L&#8217;italia Spa (Italia)<\/li>\n<li>The University Of Edinburgh (Reino Unido)<\/li>\n<li>University Of Bath (Reino Unido)<\/li>\n<li>Rina Consulting Spa (Italia)<\/li>\n<li>Fraunhofer Gesellschaft Zur Foerderung Der Angewandten Forschung E.V.
