La Comisi\u00f3n Europea podr\u00e1 realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento de los objetivos\u00a0y los planes de acci\u00f3n y\u00a0establecer procedimientos de infrancci\u00f3n contra los pa\u00edses que no los cumplan.\u00a0<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
