Su construcci\u00f3n ha costado 1.925.000 euros y abrir\u00e1 sus puertas en agosto. Una de las razones por las que su construcci\u00f3n es tan barata es porque no necesita localizarse en suelo urbanizable.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto pretende trasladar al mundo de la hosteler\u00eda, el concepto de low cost. El hotel de 1.300 m2, cuenta con 54 habitaciones, y la estancia en una de ellas costar\u00e1 aproximadamente 30 euros por noche. Est\u00e1 formado por m\u00f3dulos-contenedores de 12 metros de largo, por 3 metros de ancho y 3 metros de alto. Cada m\u00f3dulo contiene dos habitaciones y un pasillo, o puede tener otros usos como el de almac\u00e9n o escalera. Realizando distintas combinaciones con los m\u00f3dulos se pueden obtener hoteles diferentes. Adem\u00e1s, una vez construido puede ampliarse o reducirse, poniendo o quitando m\u00f3dulos. Gracias a su car\u00e1cter modular, es f\u00e1cil de montar y desmontar, y puede trasladarse con facilidad, pudiendo situarse en zonas distintas seg\u00fan la demanda hotelera de cada momento.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o incluye criterios de sostenibilidad que logran reducir el consumo energ\u00e9tico del hotel hasta llegar al 60% del consumo de uno convencional. Cuenta con captadores solares, bombas de calor, galer\u00edas subterr\u00e1neas para refrescar el aire y un correcto dise\u00f1o bioclim\u00e1tico para que se mantenga caliente en invierno y fresco en verano.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
