Un 75% asegura que su experiencia ha sido \u201cexcelente\u201d o \u201cmuy buena\u201d, frente al 48% registrado en 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n bate r\u00e9cords el n\u00famero de pasajeros: en<strong> 2013 fueron 72,3 millones, un 3,4% m\u00e1s<\/strong> que en el ejercicio anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Importante aumento de los <strong>ingresos<\/strong>, que suben un 11,3% y superan los 2.500 millones de libras esterlinas.<\/p>\n<p>El Resultado Bruto de Explotaci\u00f3n (RBE) aumenta un 23,1%, rozando los 1.400 millones de libras esterlinas. Se alcanzaron cotas m\u00e1ximas en cuanto a la inversi\u00f3n de capital asumida: m\u00e1s de 1.300 millones de libras esterlinas.<\/p>\n<p>El beneficio antes de impuestos fue de 426 millones de libras esterlinas. La cifra incluye la ganancia de 292 millones de libras esterlinas derivada de la venta del Aeropuerto de Stansted.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Terminal 2<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocida como la Terminal de la Reina en honor a Isabel II, <strong><a title=\"Abrir\u00e1 sus puertas en junio de 2014 \" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/concluyen-las-obras-de-la-nueva-terminal-t2a-de-heathrow\/\" target=\"_blank\">abrir\u00e1 sus puertas en junio de 2014<\/a><\/strong>, cumpliendo en el plazo previsto el calendario de construcci\u00f3n y desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Aeroportuaria ha confirmado la necesidad de desarrollar una nueva pista en el Sureste ingl\u00e9s.
