Es por eso que los protocolos desplegados ponen especial \u00e9nfasis en ayudar a que los pasajeros pasen por el aeropuerto de forma \u00e1gil y segura. Pese al alto nivel de concurrencia registrado en la T5, <strong>el nivel de puntualidad fue significativo: el 87% de las salidas cumplieron con la hora fijada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Jefe de Seguridad de la T5 de <a title=\"Aeropuerto de Heathrow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/proyectos\/aeropuerto-de-heathrow\/\" target=\"_blank\">Heathrow<\/a>, Laura Durie, ha explicado que \u201cel desempe\u00f1o profesional del pasado viernes 4 de abril fue todo un logro. Es importante que cada empleado cumpla con sus funciones para que toda la operativa se desarrolle con \u00e9xito. Esto fue lo que ocurri\u00f3 en dicha fecha, lo que nos da una gran alegr\u00eda. Pero no podemos dormirnos en los laureles: hay que <strong>asegurarse de que mantenemos un alto nivel de servicio en todas las ocasiones, hablemos de 50.000 o 5.000 pasajeros diarios<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
