La cuant\u00eda de este nuevo contrato asciende a los <strong>89,7 millones de zlotys polacos<\/strong> (m\u00e1s de 21 millones de euros).<\/p>\n<p>El Palacio de Congresos de Lublin contar\u00e1 con 6 plantas sobre rasante y 3 subterr\u00e1neas con 52 plazas de aparcamiento. Asimismo, contar\u00e1 con una superficie total de 9.800 m2 y una superficie \u00fatil de 5.100 m2. Se estima que las obras finalizar\u00e1n en abril de 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la nueva sede del gobierno provincial -cuya obra est\u00e1 prevista que finalice en mayo de 2015- tendr\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n 6 plantas sobre rasante y 3 subterr\u00e1neas con un total de 186 plazas de aparcamiento. Su superficie total ser\u00e1 de 18.300 m2 y su superficie \u00fatil de 12.800 m2.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de los trabajos que llevar\u00e1 a cabo Budimex, la compa\u00f1\u00eda se encargar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 de la urbanizaci\u00f3n del emplazamiento, la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas infraestructuras subterr\u00e1neas, carreteras, \u00e1reas de descanso, zonas de estacionamiento, la creaci\u00f3n de espacios verdes as\u00ed como el cercado de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>La filial de <a title=\"Sobre Ferrovial Agroman\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/construccion\/sobre-construccion\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ferrovial Agroman<\/a> en Polonia se ha adjudicado recientemente\u00a0la <a title=\"ampliaci\u00f3n del aeropuerto de Szczecin-Goleniow\" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/notas_prensa\/ampliacion-aeropuerto-szczecin-goleniow-polonia\/\">ampliaci\u00f3n del aeropuerto de Szczecin-Goleniow<\/a>,\u00a0la construcci\u00f3n de una <a title=\"Cochera de tranv\u00edas en la ciudad de Olsztyn\" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/budimex-construira-cochera-tranvias-olsztyn\/\" target=\"_blank\">cochera de tranv\u00edas en la ciudad de Olsztyn<\/a> y la remodelaci\u00f3n de un <a title=\"tramo de una carretera polaca en la regi\u00f3n de Lublin\" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/budimex-remodelara-tramo-carretera-polaca-region-lublin\/\">tramo de
