El anuncio, que se hizo oficial el pasado 2 de junio, ofrece un importante reconocimiento a Ferrovial y su candidatura en el proyecto EMMOS (Energy Management and Monitoring Operational System)\u00a0por su alto grado de innovaci\u00f3n, excelencia operativa y estrat\u00e9gica en las Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n (TI).<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/cio-awards.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-36415 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/cio-awards-300x179.jpg\" alt=\"cio-awards\" width=\"300\" height=\"179\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En palabras de\u00a0<b>Federico Fl\u00f3rez,\u00a0<\/b>Chief Innovation and Information Technology<b>\u00a0<\/b>de Ferrovial,<b>\u00a0\u00ab<\/b>este premio reconoce la<b>\u00a0<\/b>capacidad transformadora<b>\u00a0<\/b>de <strong>las TI en Ferrovial<\/strong> para<b>\u00a0<\/b>ayudar<b>\u00a0<\/b>a<b>\u00a0<\/b>impulsar<b>\u00a0<\/b>a la empresa, a trav\u00e9s del caso \u00a0particular del proyecto EMMOS que ha sido liderado por <a title=\"Sobre Ferrovial Servicios\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/ferrovial-servicios\/sobre-ferrovial-servicios\/\">Ferrovial Servicios<\/a> con el apoyo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n de Ferrovial Corporaci\u00f3n y ha aglutinado a un equipo multidisciplinar y multinacional\u00bb<b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia de entrega de los premios tendr\u00e1 lugar el 19 de agosto en el Rancho de Palos Verdes (California). El galard\u00f3n es de suma importancia al haber sido seleccionado entre otros 99 proyectos internacionales de empresas del calibre de General Motors, Accenture, BT&amp;T, General Electric, British Telecom, US Airlines y CISCO.\u00a0\u00abDurante<b> <\/b>27<b> <\/b>a\u00f1os,<b> <\/b>los<b> <\/b>premios CIO 100<b> <\/b>han honrado<b> <\/b>el <strong>uso innovador de la tecnolog\u00eda para ofrecer un valor empresarial rea<\/strong>l<b>\u00ab<\/b>, se\u00f1ala\u00a0Maryfran Johnson,<b> <\/b>editor en jefe<b> <\/b>de la revista<b> <\/b>y Eventos<b> <\/b>CIO.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cio.com\/cio-awards\/cio100\/index\" target=\"_blank\">Los premios CIO 100 Awards<\/a> honran a las 100 empresas que demuestran excelencia y logros en Innovaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n IT (Information Technology), valorando los presentados en t\u00e9rminos de la profundidad y amplitud de sus pr\u00e1cticas, su creatividad, \u00a0los resultados cuantificables espec\u00edficos de sus logros y el impacto en sus lectores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROYECTO EMMOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EMMOS suma este galard\u00f3n a los reconocimientos ya recibidos por la\u00a0plataforma EnerTIC, mejor proyecto de Innovaci\u00f3n en la categor\u00eda de<strong> \u00abSmart Building\u00bb<\/strong>, y su selecci\u00f3n como Servicio Digital por el\u00a0proyecto TeDS4BEE, financiado con 2,15M\u20ac por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea en el Programa de Competitividad e Innovaci\u00f3n (CIP, Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme), para <strong>reducir el consumo energ\u00e9tico<\/strong> en 16 edificios de 5 pa\u00edses de Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un sistema de gesti\u00f3n que permite monitorizar y analizar de forma comparativa el <strong>comportamiento energ\u00e9tico de distintos edificios<\/strong>, con respecto a modelos y pautas preestablecidas y analizar, entre otros aspectos, la rentabilidad y eficiencia de las inversiones orientadas a reducir el gasto energ\u00e9tico en diferentes edificios de diferentes ciudades con condiciones ambientales diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Servicios, a trav\u00e9s del Centro de Competencia de Infraestructuras, ha liderado el proyecto internacional en el que tambi\u00e9n han participado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amey.co.uk\/Whatwedo\/Consulting.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">AMEY Consulting<\/a>,\u00a0 diversos de departamento de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Innovaci\u00f3n y Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el CI3 (Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n de Infraestructuras
