Los trabajos se adjudicaron a Ferrovial Agroman en 2005 por m\u00e1s de 217 millones de euros (sin IVA).<\/p>\n<p>Al acto ha acudido la ministra junto con otros representantes del Gobierno central y regional. Por parte de Ferrovial han asistido Rafael del Pino, Presidente; \u00cd\u00f1igo Meir\u00e1s, Consejero Delegado, as\u00ed como Alejandro de la Joya, Consejero Delegado de Ferrovial Agroman; \u00c1ngel Luis S\u00e1nchez Gil, Director de Construcci\u00f3n Zona I; Juan Lozano, Director de Obra Civil Espa\u00f1a y Portugal, y Alberto Torres, Director de Andaluc\u00eda, Ceuta y Melilla, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Con 15 kil\u00f3metros de longitud, 3 viaductos y dos t\u00faneles, este nuevo tramo <strong>ofrece a los conductores una alternativa m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y segura que permitir\u00e1 reducir el tr\u00e1nsito de conductores registrado en la carretera N-340,<\/strong> por la que transcurren 7.000 veh\u00edculos diarios de media, de los que el 7% son veh\u00edculos pesados.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto de inauguraci\u00f3n, Ana Pastor ha subrayado que \u00abeste tramo es uno de los m\u00e1s complejos de Espa\u00f1a desde el punto de vista geot\u00e9cnico\u00bb. Por ello, ha elogiado el trabajo desarrollado por los profesionales de Ferrovial Agroman que han ejecutado las obras.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las complejidades t\u00e9cnicas que ha presentado la obra destacan <strong>excavaciones de m\u00e1s de trece millones de metros c\u00fabicos y 12 millones en el caso de terraplenes, 39 obras de drenaje transversal, 17 muros para contenciones estructurales y dos enlaces al principio y fin de la obra<\/strong>. Asimismo, como consecuencia del terreno tan accidentado por el que discurre el trazado de la autov\u00eda, ha sido necesaria la construcci\u00f3n de los t\u00faneles de \u00abLa Guapa\u00bb y
