El Hospital de Valdecilla de Santander<\/a>, proyecto llevado a cabo por la\u00a0sociedad conjunta de Ferrovial Servicios<\/a> y SIEC<\/a> (Smart Hospital Cantabria),<\/strong>\u00a0ha sido recientemente seleccionado como Project Finance Deal of the Year 2014 <\/strong>por la publicaci\u00f3n World Finance. Este medio viene seleccionando los mejores proyectos desde 2007. Concretamente el premio Project Finance Deal of the year<\/strong> se trata de una recopilaci\u00f3n de los proyectos de infraestructuras m\u00e1s relevantes en todo el mundo, desde plantas solares a autopistas. Para realizar la selecci\u00f3n de estos proyectos se han considerado m\u00faltiples factores, como la financiaci\u00f3n, el impacto socioecon\u00f3mico y medioambiental, la creatividad constructiva, etc.<\/p>\n

El proyecto\u00a0Smart Hospital Cantabria<\/a>, es un proyecto concesional a 20 a\u00f1os, que incluye la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo edificio, as\u00ed como la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo CPD entre otras instalaciones, y la provisi\u00f3n de 12 servicios no asistenciales, desde servicios de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, pasando los servicios de mantenimiento y limpieza, seguridad, restauraci\u00f3n o \u00a0inform\u00e1tica as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n de almacenes y archivo . El nuevo edificio consta de tres torres que albergar\u00e1n consultas de diversas especialidades, quir\u00f3fanos,\u00a0360 nuevas habitaciones, una amplia zona de hospital Materno-Infantil, Laboratorios y zona de Reanimaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s el nuevo hospital contar\u00e1 con nuevos accesos e instalaciones en las plazas Norte y Sur, as\u00ed como con pasarelas que comunicar\u00e1n las distintas \u00e1reas con el edificio 2 de Noviembre y 28 ascensores que facilitar\u00e1n los movimientos de personal, pacientes y visitantes dentro del recinto<\/p>\n
