{"id":3425,"date":"2015-04-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/premio-regional-de-arquitectura-restauracion-capilla-del-rosario\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T10:10:32","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T09:10:32","slug":"premio-regional-de-arquitectura-restauracion-capilla-del-rosario","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/premio-regional-de-arquitectura-restauracion-capilla-del-rosario\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrovial recibe el Premio regional de Arquitectura por la Restauraci\u00f3n de la Capilla del Rosario"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>La recuperaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Iglesia_de_Nuestra_Se%C3%B1ora_del_Rosario_%28Puerto_Lumbreras%29\">Capilla de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Rosario<\/a>, del Paso Blanco en Lorca en Murcia, Espa\u00f1a, ha recibido un premio regional de Arquitectura, en la modalidad de restauraci\u00f3n, que concede la Consejer\u00eda de Fomento, el Colegio de Arquitectos de Murcia (Coamu) y la Fundaci\u00f3n Cajamurcia, en reconocimiento a la calidad de las obras llevadas a cabo tras los terremotos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras los <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Terremoto_de_Lorca_de_2011\">se\u00edsmos acaecidos en Lorca<\/a> en mayo de 2011, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lorca.es\/\">Ayuntamiento de Lorca<\/a> y La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carm.es\/web\/pagina?IDCONTENIDO=3904&amp;IDTIPO=100&amp;RASTRO=c791$m\">Direcci\u00f3n General de Patrimonio<\/a> se pusieron en contacto con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/construccion\/\">Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n<\/a> y con el arquitecto D. Juan Carlos Cartagena Sevilla para poner en sus manos tanto el an\u00e1lisis de los da\u00f1os estructurales, materiales, funcionales y patrimoniales como para las actuaciones de emergencia y la recuperaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Conjunto_Monumental_Santo_Domingo\">Conjunto Monumental de Santo Domingo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Al acto de entrega del premio han asistido, el arquitecto autor del proyecto, Juan Carlos Cartagena; el presidente de la cofrad\u00eda, L\u00e1zaro Soto; el que lo era durante el proceso restaurador, Juan Andr\u00e9s Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez; y el delegado de Ferrovial Agroman en la Regi\u00f3n, Jorge Sanz.<\/p>\n<p>Este premio destaca los notables valores sostenibles e innovadores, el af\u00e1n de conservaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n del patrimonio hist\u00f3rico art\u00edstico de la Regi\u00f3n y reconoce las t\u00e9cnicas constructivas de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y los materiales empleados para la reconstrucci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n
