La compa\u00f1\u00eda ha sido incluida en los \u00edndices DJSI Europe y DJSI World. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial es <strong>la \u00fanica empresa espa\u00f1ola<\/strong> del sector presente en el \u00edndice mundial del <em>Dow Jones Sustainability Index<\/em> (DJSI), en el que s\u00f3lo se han clasificado tres empresas de <strong>Construcci\u00f3n e Ingenier\u00eda<\/strong>. Las otras dos son la surcoreana <a title=\"Hyundai\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hyundai.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Hyundai <\/a>y la francesa <a title=\"Vinci Cosntruction\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vinci-construction.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Vinci<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta inclusi\u00f3n avala la <strong>solidez de la estrategia de sostenibilidad<\/strong> que Ferrovial lleva desarrollando desde el a\u00f1o 2002, fecha en la que la compa\u00f1\u00eda fue incluida en el DJSI por primera vez, siendo entonces la \u00fanica empresa espa\u00f1ola del sector presente en el citado \u00edndice. Ferrovial tiene un plan estrat\u00e9gico de <a title=\"Responsabilidad Corporativa Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/nuestro-compromiso-ferrovial\/responsabilidad-corporativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>Responsabilidad Corporativa<\/strong><\/a> ligado a la estrategia de negocio lo que ha hecho posible su implantaci\u00f3n y desarrollo. Este plan <strong>se renueva cada tres a\u00f1os<\/strong> para adecuarlo a las expectativas de los grupos de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En la <strong>dimensi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, destaca el desempe\u00f1o de Ferrovial en materia de <strong>competencia<\/strong> y la <strong>gesti\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n con los clientes<\/strong>. En la puntuaci\u00f3n obtenida en la <strong>dimensi\u00f3n ambiental<\/strong>, cabe resaltar la calificaci\u00f3n en <strong>eficiencia operacional y en el reporte medioambiental<\/strong>. Por \u00faltimo, en la <strong>dimensi\u00f3n social<\/strong>, la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha sido valorada en el <strong>compromiso con la comunidad<\/strong>,<strong> la retenci\u00f3n <\/strong>y<strong> atracci\u00f3n del talento<\/strong>, y<strong> la salud <\/strong>y<strong> seguridad de los empleados<\/strong>. Estos resultados muestran el esfuerzo de Ferrovial por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de su Plan estrat\u00e9gico de Responsabilidad Corporativa, llamado Plan 20.16.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial fue una de las <strong>primeras empresas espa\u00f1olas en adherirse a la iniciativa del <a title=\"Pacto Mundial\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pactomundial.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Pacto Mundial<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pactomundial.org\/\">,<\/a> y desde <strong>2002 ha ratificado anualmente el compromiso<\/strong> con sus principios. Posteriormente, la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha reforzado su posicionamiento en sostenibilidad, estando presente en otros \u00edndices como el <a title=\"FTSE4Good\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ftse.com\/products\/indices\/FTSE4Good\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">FTSE4Good<\/a> desde 2005 (y su versi\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola, <a title=\"Bolsa de Madrid FTSE4Good\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bolsamadrid.es\/esp\/Indices\/Ibex\/FTSE4Good.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> FTSE4Good IBEX<\/a>, desde 2008), el <a title=\"Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdp.net\/en-US\/Pages\/HomePage.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)<\/a> y el <a title=\"STOXX\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stoxx.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> STOXX <\/a>desde 2010 o el <a title=\"MSCI\" href=\"https:\/\/www.msci.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> MSCI <\/a>desde 2013, lo que demuestra su apuesta firme por la Responsabilidad Corporativa.<\/p>\n<p>La familia de \u00edndices sostenibles de Dow Jones, creada en <strong>1999<\/strong>, se ha convertido en uno de los <strong>principales referentes mundiales<\/strong> para las empresas que destacan por su actuaci\u00f3n sostenible. Aproximadamente 2.500 compa\u00f1\u00edas forman parte del universo elegible para el \u00edndice mundial, de las cuales, s\u00f3lo un <strong>10% tienen presencia en el <em>Dow Jones World Sustainability Index<\/em><\/strong>, tras un exhaustivo an\u00e1lisis realizado por la consultora <a title=\"RobecoSAM\" href=\"http:\/\/www.robecosam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">
