Heathrow ha invertido en la mejora de la zona de seguridad, en nuevos lounges y hoteles, y en la formaci\u00f3n de los equipos de las terminales que dan un servicio directo al pasajero. Otro buen ejemplo de sus esfuerzos por mejorar el servicio al cliente es <a title=\"Ferrovial Blog - Aeropuerto de Heathrow guia para viajeros de Stephen Fry\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.ferrovial.com\/es\/2016\/01\/aeropuerto-de-heathrow-guia-para-viajeros-de-stephen-fry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">el v\u00eddeo que el aeropuerto ha elaborado en colaboraci\u00f3n con Stephen Fry<\/a> sobre las peculiaridades de los brit\u00e1nicos y que los visitantes pueden ver mientras atraviesan sus terminales.<\/p>\n<p>2015 ha sido otro a\u00f1o de \u00e9xito para la Terminal 5 que ha culminado un programa de tres a\u00f1os y 40 millones de libras que ten\u00eda por objetivo reunir a las marcas de moda m\u00e1s lujosas del mundo y posicionarse como un buen destino para realizar compras de lujo entre sus viajeros habituales. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes o Rolex son algunas de las 23 marcas de moda de lujo que componen la oferta comercial de la Terminal 5 y que han sido redise\u00f1adas para convertirlas en puntos de
