{"id":4073,"date":"2017-02-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-02-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/aeropuerto-de-heathrow-batir-records-servicio-pasajero\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:45:36","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:45:36","slug":"aeropuerto-de-heathrow-batir-records-servicio-pasajero","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/aeropuerto-de-heathrow-batir-records-servicio-pasajero\/","title":{"rendered":"Aeropuerto de Heathrow vuelve a batir records en servicio al pasajero"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>El <a title=\"Aeropuerto de Heathrow - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/proyectos\/aeropuerto-de-heathrow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\"> Aeropuerto de Heathrow<\/a> ha despedido el 2016 a lo grande gracias a las <strong>excelentes clasificaciones<\/strong> recibidas en la calidad del servicio al pasajero, tras un a\u00f1o en el que el aeropuerto ha invertido y lanzado numerosas iniciativas para <strong>mejorar sus instalaciones y servicios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s del<strong> 84% de los pasajeros<\/strong>, o lo que es lo mismo <strong>15,3 millones<\/strong> -640.000 pasajeros m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o pasado-, clasificaron su experiencia en el aeropuerto como excelente o muy buena seg\u00fan la <a title=\"Encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n del pasajero-ACI\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aci.aero\/Airport-Service-Quality\/ASQ-Awards\/Current-Winners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">encuesta de satisfacci\u00f3n del pasajero<\/a> que realiza trimestralmente <a title=\"Airports Council International (ACI)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aci.aero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> Airports Council International (ACI)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Estas cifras son en parte resultado de las muchas iniciativas para mejorar el servicio lanzadas por el aeropuerto durante el a\u00f1o: nuevas \u00e1reas de juego para los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, un nuevo lounge de compra personalizado en la terminal 5, un mayor n\u00famero de embajadores para atender y guiar al pasajero y nuevas tiendas y restaurantes en las terminales.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras la terminal 2 sigue ofreciendo los m\u00e1s altos niveles de servicio, el nuevo jard\u00edn vertical\u00a0<a title=\"Garden Gate-Heathrow Media Centre\" href=\"http:\/\/mediacentre.heathrow.com\/pressrelease\/details\/81\/Corporate-operational-24\/7841\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u201cGarden Gate\u201d<\/a> situado en la Terminal 3 del aeropuerto ha permitido a dicha terminal conseguir una <strong>clasificaci\u00f3n record de 4.14 (sobre 5)<\/strong>. La terminal 5 y la terminal 4, tambi\u00e9n han conseguido las puntuaciones m\u00e1s altas de su historia llegando a los <strong>4.16<\/strong> y los <strong>4.18<\/strong> respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Normand Boivin, responsable de Operaciones de Heathrow, estas puntuaciones se deben, entre otros motivos, a:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cla mejora de la movilidad de los pasajeros que ha permitido reducir el tiempo en las \u00e1reas de inmigraci\u00f3n del aeropuerto y ofrecer un servicio personalizado al pasajero\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/div>\n
