Heathrow recogi\u00f3 ambos galardones durante la ceremonia de entrega de premios celebrada en Amsterdam el pasado 14 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto, Skytrax destac\u00f3 la excelente cualidad y oferta de tiendas de las cuatro terminales de Heathrow. El pasado a\u00f1o el aeropuerto abri\u00f3 nuevas \u00e1reas comerciales en las Terminales 2 y 5, la tienda de Harry Potter y una zona de peinado en la Terminal 5.\u00a0 Actualmente Heathrow cuenta con m\u00e1s de<strong> 400 marcas de lujo<\/strong> y con <strong>dos restaurantes<\/strong> gestionados por <strong>dos chefs con <a title=\"Restaurantes con Estrella Michelin\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gastroeconomy.com\/2015\/11\/listado-completo-de-restaurantes-con-estrella-michelin-en-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">estrella Michelin.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n en la mejora de las instalaciones y la dedicaci\u00f3n de los equipos del aeropuerto por el servicio al cliente, han permitido a Heathrow conseguir su <strong>mejor marca de satisfacci\u00f3n al pasajero<\/strong> en 2016 y dar la bienvenida a <strong>76 millones de pasajeros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"John Holland-Kaye - Heathrow \" href=\"http:\/\/www.heathrow.com\/company\/company-news-and-information\/company-information\/executive-committee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">John Holland-Kaye<\/a>, Director General del aeropuerto se\u00f1ala<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cnuestro equipo se esfuerza constantemente por ofrecer el mejor servicio en el mundo y estoy muy contento de poder recibir este reconocimiento de la gente cuya opini\u00f3n m\u00e1s nos importa, nuestros clientes. Seguiremos esforz\u00e1ndonos por mejorar la conexi\u00f3n en los viajes de nuestros pasajeros, ofreciendo un servicio m\u00e1s personalizado y creando nuevas opciones comerciales y hoteleras\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de estos dos reconocimientos, a principios de marzo, Heathrow fue nombrado una vez m\u00e1s <strong>\u201cMejor Aeropuerto en Europa\u201d,<\/strong> en la categor\u00eda de aeropuertos con m\u00e1s de 40 millones de pasajeros en los premios que otorga anualmente ACI.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
