La persona escogida debe tener una <strong>certificaci\u00f3n profesional en Recursos Humanos<\/strong>, ser <strong>miembro de HR Houston<\/strong>, estar trabajando en la actualidad y contar con m\u00e1s de <strong>10 a\u00f1os de experiencia<\/strong> en gesti\u00f3n de RR.\u00a0HH., ser un <strong>socio estrat\u00e9gico de negocio<\/strong>, servir de modelo para la profesi\u00f3n y ser un l\u00edder que suponga un buen modelo a seguir a la vez que aplique su experiencia profesional m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Puesto que re\u00fane con creces estos criterios, Beckman result\u00f3 nominado y escogido por el comit\u00e9 directivo de <a title=\"HR Houston\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hrhouston.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> HR Houston<\/a>, en especial por el trabajo que desempe\u00f1a hablando con organizaciones externas (por ej., el <a title=\"Departamento de Transporte de Texas\" href=\"https:\/\/www.txdot.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">Departamento de Transporte de Texas<\/a> y diversas universidades) sobre temas <strong>culturales<\/strong>, de <strong>valores<\/strong> y de <strong>seguridad<\/strong>. Asimismo, Beckman ha sido con anterioridad presidente de la junta directiva de HR Houston.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Acerca del premio de recursos humanos, Tom Burke <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Thomas B. Burke, profesional de los RR.\u00a0HH. con certificaci\u00f3n SPHR (profesional ejecutivo en el campo de los RR.HH), fue alguien <strong>muy especial<\/strong> y <strong>querido en su profesi\u00f3n,<\/strong> y ocup\u00f3 el cargo de presidente de la delegaci\u00f3n de HR Houston y de la citada Society for Human Resource Management.
