Paula ha sido tambi\u00e9n reconocida por su dedicaci\u00f3n al fomento de la participaci\u00f3n de los empleados, logrando transformar positivamente la cultura en el centro de trabajo. Asimismo, el jurado destac\u00f3 el enfoque de la iniciativa <strong>\u201cMOJO\u201d<\/strong> llevada a cabo en Heathrow y enfocada a la satisfacci\u00f3n de las necesidades de los empleados, ayud\u00e1ndoles a desarrollar su potencial e inspirar a sus compa\u00f1eros a abogar por el cambio y prestar unos servicios eficientes.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o se ha creado un premio especial, el<strong> Premio ACI Europe de Excelencia en recursos humanos<\/strong>, para reconocer a aquellas personas que han demostrado un <strong>liderazgo y una gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos excelente <\/strong>entre los miembros de ACI Europe. El objetivo de este nuevo galard\u00f3n anual es dar a conocer esa excelencia que ayudar\u00e1 al sector de los aeropuertos a evaluar mejor y aplicar los nuevos procedimientos y nuevas habilidades requeridas para hacer avanzar la fuerza de trabajo de esta industria, valorando los distintos desaf\u00edos a los que se enfrentan los directores de RRHH y responsables de aeropuertos, como son la <strong>movilidad, la planificaci\u00f3n de la sucesi\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n, el bienestar <\/strong>y<strong> la digitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
