Este fue construido entre los a\u00f1os <strong>1965 y 1971,<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de haber estado varios a\u00f1os cerrado, ha sido remodelado recientemente por <a title=\"Ferrovial Agroman\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/construccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow\">Ferrovial Agroman.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tras la obra de modernizaci\u00f3n, ha visto ampliarse sus habitaciones de <strong>100 a 138<\/strong> y disponer ahora de <strong>dos nuevas piscinas, jacuzzi, spa, pista de p\u00e1del, gimnasio, buf\u00e9 libre, zona <em>&#8216;chill out&#8217;,<\/em> zonas ajardinadas, salas de reuniones, espacio de juegos acu\u00e1ticos para ni\u00f1os y vistas al mar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las principales actuaciones se han centrado en las zonas de <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n y acceso, habitaciones, cocinas, salones y zona exterior,<\/strong> que ha sido <strong>completamente renovada.<\/strong> En las zonas comunes se han instalado <strong>nuevos ascensores<\/strong> e instalado <strong>pavimentos, falsos techos<\/strong> y <strong>revestimientos;<\/strong> igualmente se ha reorganizado la distribuci\u00f3n de cocinas y salones, ampliando la estructura mediante forjados de hormig\u00f3n armado. En las nuevas habitaciones se han levantado <strong>tabiques divisorios<\/strong> que mejoran el aislamiento, tambi\u00e9n para los ba\u00f1os, renovando asimismo pavimentos, alicatados y carpinter\u00eda interior y exterior, as\u00ed como <strong>climatizaci\u00f3n y electricidad.<\/strong> En cuanto a la zona exterior, ha sido completamente renovada instalando dos nuevas piscinas, pista de p\u00e1del, terraza exterior y aparcamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Estos trabajos de remodelaci\u00f3n han culminado en la obtenci\u00f3n de <strong>4 estrellas<\/strong> que ya luce orgulloso el hotel.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
