{"id":4396,"date":"2017-09-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-09-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/linea-norte-de-londres-premio-ge\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:28:27","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:28:27","slug":"linea-norte-de-londres-premio-ge","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/linea-norte-de-londres-premio-ge\/","title":{"rendered":"La extensi\u00f3n de la Northern Line de Londres, galardonada con el Ground Engineering Award"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p><em>El proyecto de la extensi\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea norte de Londres\u00a0ha obtenido el reconocimiento con el premio a la ingenier\u00eda geot\u00e9cnica (<a title=\"Ground Engineering Awards\" href=\"https:\/\/awards.geplus.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ground Engineering Award<\/a> o GE prize) a la excelencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El conjunto de empresas <a title=\"Ferrovial Agroman Laing O\u00b4Rourke - Linkedin\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es-es\/f-agroman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ferrovial Agroman Laing O&#8217;Rourke<\/a> de la <a title=\"Northern Line metro Londres - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es-es\/negocio\/proyectos\/ampliacion-de-la-linea-norte-nle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">extensi\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea norte <\/a>de Londres (conocido como Northern Line o NLE en ingl\u00e9s) ha recibido el premio GE a la<strong> excelencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/strong> La construcci\u00f3n de la NLE oblig\u00f3 a esta uni\u00f3n de empresas a construir dos enlaces subterr\u00e1neos (conocidos como enlaces telesc\u00f3picos) en torno a los t\u00faneles existentes. Para hacerlo, el equipo desarroll\u00f3 un enfoque alternativo que, seg\u00fan los jueces, gener\u00f3 \u00abmejoras persuasivas\u00bb en t\u00e9rminos de <strong>salud y seguridad,<\/strong> as\u00ed como en el <strong>coste del proyecto<\/strong> y la reducci\u00f3n del alcance de las obras. Los m\u00e9todos convencionales de excavaci\u00f3n se consideraron de alto riesgo y habr\u00edan dado lugar a un enlace m\u00e1s grande de lo necesario. Ah\u00ed es cuando el equipo decidi\u00f3 reducir la longitud del enlace telesc\u00f3pico de <strong>100 a 61 metros,<\/strong> minimizando as\u00ed el riesgo de hundimiento y maximizando el uso de excavaci\u00f3n mecanizada y recubrimientos de hormig\u00f3n proyectado. Todo esto se llev\u00f3 a cabo en un emplazamiento adyacente a un t\u00fanel del metro de Londres ya en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El galard\u00f3n premia <strong>un avance o concepto espec\u00edfico de alta tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> que haya contribuido a la mejora del rendimiento de una empresa o la determinaci\u00f3n frente a un proyecto desafiante.<\/p>\n<p>Juan \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez, director de proyecto del NLE, indic\u00f3:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEl dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n de los enlaces telesc\u00f3picos del proyecto NLE ha definido una marca en t\u00e9rminos de lo que puede lograr un proyecto que cuente con los procesos y el personal adecuados.
