{"id":4451,"date":"2017-10-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-10-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/metro-de-londres-northern-line-grafito-esferoidal\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:26:54","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:26:54","slug":"metro-de-londres-northern-line-grafito-esferoidal","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/metro-de-londres-northern-line-grafito-esferoidal\/","title":{"rendered":"Instalados los \u00faltimos anillos de grafito esferoidal en la Northern Line del metro de Londres"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p><em>El equipo que trabaja en la ampliaci\u00f3n de la Northern Line (NLE) en Londres ha finalizado la excavaci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos anillos grafito esferoidal (SGI) y la construcci\u00f3n de los testeros<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La finalidad principal de los anillos de\u00a0grafito esferoidal\u00a0(SGI) es controlar la convergencia del t\u00fanel, es decir, <strong>fijar el suelo en torno al t\u00fanel<\/strong> en la placa de uni\u00f3n (<em>step-plate junction,<\/em> SPJ). Las siguientes etapas de construcci\u00f3n, concretamente las de impermeabilizaci\u00f3n y revestimiento secundario, ya est\u00e1n en marcha.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>impermeabilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> consiste en la aplicaci\u00f3n de dos capas de membrana en todo el di\u00e1metro del t\u00fanel. Una vez finalizada la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 dar comienzo la colocaci\u00f3n del <strong>revestimiento<\/strong> secundario desde las placas de uni\u00f3n (SPJ) hasta los dos ramales de <a href=\"https:\/\/tfl.gov.uk\/hub\/stop\/940GZZLUKNG\/kennington-underground-station\/\">Kennington<\/a>. Para ello, se ha adquirido un carro de traslaci\u00f3n de revestimiento secundario, una m\u00e1quina especializada desarrollada para garantizar la precisi\u00f3n de los revestimientos aplicados in situ.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se pusieron en marcha tambi\u00e9n los preparativos para las posesiones de 52 horas, durante las cuales el equipo desmantelar\u00e1, en las SPJ, <strong>120 anillos del revestimiento<\/strong> ya existente en el Northern Line en Kennington Green y 106 anillos en Kennington Park.<\/p>\n<p>Conocer m\u00e1s sobre el proyecto de <a
