Estos retos de innovaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1n propuestos por las diferentes unidades de negocio de Ferrovial (<a title=\"Sobre Construcci\u00f3n - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/construccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Construcci\u00f3n<\/a>, <a title=\"Sobre Autopistas - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/autopistas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Autopistas<\/a>, <a title=\"Sobre Aeropuertos - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/aeropuertos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Aeropuertos<\/a> y <a title=\"Sobre Servicios - Ferrovial\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/ferrovial-servicios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Servicios<\/a>) y estar\u00e1n enfocados a resolver una necesidad de los mismos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Primera edici\u00f3n Build Up!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con motivo de alcanzar el objetivo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/nuestro-compromiso-ferrovial\/seguridad-y-salud-laboral\/target-zero-seguridad-y-salud\/\"><strong>cero accidentes<\/strong><\/a>, el primer reto lanzado a trav\u00e9s del programa de aceleraci\u00f3n Build Up! se ha enfocado en buscar <strong>soluciones que garanticen la seguridad de los trabajadores<\/strong> de Ferrovial que se dedican al mantenimiento de carreteras.<\/p>\n<p>Durante un mes, Ferrovial recibi\u00f3 propuestas que pretenden resolver el siguiente reto: <em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores que realizan el mantenimiento de carreteras?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>5 finalistas seleccionadas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La convocatoria se cerr\u00f3 el pasado 3 de noviembre y entre todas las propuestas recibidas de diferentes pa\u00edses, <strong>5 startups<\/strong> han quedado finalistas del programa. Estas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Secmotic\" href=\"http:\/\/secmotic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Secmotic<\/a>, Espa\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Pixels Hib\" href=\"http:\/\/pixels-hub.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Pixels Hub<\/a>, Espa\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"EAVE\" href=\"http:\/\/eave.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">EAVE<\/a>, Reino Unido<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Light Flex\" href=\"http:\/\/lightflextechnology.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Light Flex<\/a>, Suecia<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Drone Tools\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dronetools.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">DroneTools<\/a>, Espa\u00f1a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos pasos: Workout<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En el siguiente paso, la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/buildup\/workout\/\"> fase <em>Workout<\/em><\/a>, las empresas finalistas tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de trabajar directamente con miembros de Ferrovial. El primer encuentro ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>16 de enero<\/strong> con el objetivo de encajar al m\u00e1ximo su soluci\u00f3n con las necesidades actuales de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Tras dos semanas, el <strong>30 de enero<\/strong>, presentar\u00e1n la soluci\u00f3n delante de un jurado formado por <strong>directivos de Ferrovial y expertos del mundo del emprendimiento<\/strong>. Ser\u00e1 ese mismo d\u00eda cuando se conocer\u00e1 al ganador del reto, quien <strong>probar\u00e1 su soluci\u00f3n<\/strong> mediante un proyecto piloto en una de las infraestructuras de Ferrovial.
