{"id":4624,"date":"2018-01-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-29T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/servicios-a-bordo-renfe\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:21:49","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:21:49","slug":"servicios-a-bordo-renfe","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/servicios-a-bordo-renfe\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrovial Servicios amplia con Renfe el contrato de Servicio a bordo en AVE y Larga Distancia"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>El contrato de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/ferrovial-servicios\/\">Ferrovial Servicios<\/a>, que se prorroga dos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tras un periodo inicial de cuatro, permitir\u00e1 seguir gestionando los dos lotes del contrato: el Lote I, que comprende los corredores Nordeste, Mediterr\u00e1neo, Internacional y Transversales, y el Lote II, que integra los corredores Norte, Sur y Este de la Pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>El contrato con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.renfe.com\/\">Renfe<\/a> fue adjudicado en el a\u00f1o 2013 por un valor de m\u00e1s de 266 millones de euros y una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro a\u00f1os, con posibilidad de otros dos adicionales de pr\u00f3rroga que suman m\u00e1s de 133 millones de euros. Ferrovial Servicios ha atendido a <strong>m\u00e1s de 145 millones de pasajeros <\/strong>durante los primeros cuatro a\u00f1os de contrato.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prestaci\u00f3n de Servicios<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los servicios que comprende el contrato son los de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/proyectos\/renfe-servicios-a-bordo-de-los-trenes-ave-y-de-larga-distancia\/\">atenci\u00f3n al cliente a bordo<\/a>, restauraci\u00f3n, log\u00edstica de transporte y aprovisionamiento en los trayectos que realizan los trenes AVE y de larga distancia en Espa\u00f1a, as\u00ed como en los trenes internacionales con circulaciones a Marsella, Lyon, Toulouse y Par\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Servicios da la bienvenida y la despedida en puertas a los viajeros, entrega de prensa, auriculares y megafon\u00eda. As\u00ed mismo, se encarga de toda la log\u00edstica y restauraci\u00f3n a bordo, incluido el servicio de cafeter\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta pr\u00f3rroga, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado 1 de diciembre, la compa\u00f1\u00eda refuerza su presencia en el \u00e1mbito de los servicios ferroviarios.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
