La encuesta les preguntaba sobre su relaci\u00f3n con directores y compa\u00f1eros, as\u00ed como sobre oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y condiciones laborales en la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente se constat\u00f3 que la encuesta hab\u00eda sido realizada por la <a title=\"Fundaci\u00f3n del Observatorio de Gesti\u00f3n\" href=\"http:\/\/www.obserwatorium.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n del Observatorio de Gesti\u00f3n<\/a> (Fundacja Obserwatorium Zarz\u0105dzania en polaco) que lleva realizando esta encuesta en Polonia desde 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Las valoraciones positivas de las encuestas cumplimentadas por el personal de Budimex fueron decisivas a la hora de otorgar a la empresa la distinci\u00f3n de Inversor en Recursos Humanos. Esta distinci\u00f3n es el <strong>\u00fanico galard\u00f3n en ser entregado a empresas por sus propios empleados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A la ceremonia de entrega asisti\u00f3 Cezary M\u0105czka, miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Direcci\u00f3n y directora del Departamento de RR.HH. Al recibir el galard\u00f3n, dijo:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEsta distinci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 un importante activo para fomentar la imagen de Budimex como empleador de prestigio, algo fundamental a la hora de seleccionar nuevo personal.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La ceremonia de entrega se celebr\u00f3 el 10 de enero de 2018. El galard\u00f3n se entrega a aquellas empresas que se preocupan por <strong>potenciar el desarrollo de las capacidades de sus empleados<\/strong> y, por tanto, de la organizaci\u00f3n en su
